Senior Manager of Sustainability
Paul Augustine is the Senior Manager of Sustainability for Lyft, where he leads efforts to reduce Lyft's environmental footprint. Prior to joining Lyft, Paul served as an energy and utilities consultant for West Monroe Partners, driving transformational change for electric utilities in nearly every region of the country. Paul entered the consulting space from Southern California Edison, where he was responsible for the company’s implementation of California’s greenhouse gas cap-and-trade program. Previously, he was a trader for a New York-based investment firm with responsibility for a large portfolio of environmental commodities. Early in his career, Paul served as a Presidential Management Fellow for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.
Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Engineering and Economics from Yale University and a Master of Public Administration degree from Columbia University.
