This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their 'Personally Identifiable Information' (PII) is being used online. What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?

Do we disclose the information we collect to Third Parties?
We share Personal Information with certain companies that perform services on our behalf. We only share the Personal Information, which is necessary for them to perform those services. We require any company with which we may share Personal Information to protect that data in a manner consistent with this policy and to limit the use of such Personal Information to the performance of services related to our events.  We transfer to outside parties your name, address, city, town, any form or online contact identifier email, booth number, etc. We use one or more outside credit card processing companies to bill you for our services. To the best of our knowledge, these companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

We engage in this practice because:
we organize trade shows and we need to provide our third-party vendors, facilities, and general contractors with contact information for all exhibiting companies and attendees. This is done so the exhibitors and attendees are able to order services from these third-party vendors. We do not sell Personal Information to other companies for the marketing of their own products or services. At times, we may provide certain Personal Information that we have collected to select customers as part of sponsor fulfillment where applicable. You will always have the ability to opt-out of having your Personal Information included in such cases either as part of the registration process for the applicable event or by clicking HERE.

Data Retention

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active, your information is needed to provide you services, or as required to fulfill our legal obligations. If you wish to delete your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services contact us at info@esnaexpo.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

California Online Privacy Protection Act
